WANTED: Custom skimmer face plates

Anyone use this brick media?

Is there anywhere or anyone out there that make custom skimmer face plates? I currently have the skimmer in picture, but can't remember where I bought it. I'd like to replace with the kockney koi style in 2nd photo, but don't really want to be cutting and sticking to my original. Any help appreciated See less
