Merry (Moringa) for ⛵

Merry (Moringa) for ⛵ 8 year old TB Mare 15.2 N. Devon based. Raced twice but was way too slow. 🤣 We have had Merry for 18months and we have done a lot with her. Ridden by my 16year old daughter for all this time. Brought her back into work after quite some time in the field. Merry is good to shoe, load , teeth and just a lovely Mare to have around. Easy to do... Up to date with teeth, feet , vaccinations, worming and physio. Has been to events, cross country, beach and fun rides and to the moors neumourous times. Great in open spaces. Hacks alone and in company Can live out and is very robust , doesn't get flighty with a slight gust of wind. Happy in the stable as long as she is not alone and can see friends. Merrys slightly bad points... Merry does not like to be alone so field friends are a must. Merry can get upset when travelling alone , this is something we have worked on and she's gotten better but could do with some more work. Can get a little overwhelmed in the event environment, a little longer needed in the warm up arena to allow her to settle and understand what's going on. Merry is slightly pigeon toed on her front feet. This has not caused her any problems past and present and is well looked after by our farrier along with regular visits from the physio. She has never been lame due to this aslong as we have had her and I know the lady who owned her before and this never caused her any issues then. She really is the sweetest mare whom I have never had to worry about my daughter handling alone without supervision.
