Irish Gelding - 12yo

SWIFTY LAD 16hh | 12yo | Irish Gelding Swifty is the most delightful gelding, with impeccable manners and the sweetest personality. He is a straightforward ride, responsive off the leg and snaffle-mouthed. Swifty has been in hunt service for the last seven years and has been a really solid member of the team. He is a little green in the school, as he hasn’t done a huge amount of schooling, but with some polishing he will make a super quality grassroots event horse. He will jump any fence from any stride, hacks alone and in company, and has enjoyed fun rides and various outings. Swifty is a bit of a Health & Safety Officer, so with that in mind, while he would never dream of spinning or doing anything horrible, he does need a confident rider to tick the boxes on his risk-assessment forms and reassure him that he is safe! On the ground, Swifty is an absolute joy. He is good to catch, shoe, box, clip etc. and loves nothing more than a cuddle. He is totally clean-limbed and has no sarcoids. He does have a couple of very old scars, so he wouldn’t be suitable for showing, but they cause him no issues whatsoever. Mid-High 4 Figs Required.
