He is a 3-year-old gelding, standing at approximately 16hh, with an outstanding modern sport-horse pedigree and the athleticism, technique and attitude to match. Max was purchased as a 2-year-old and has been given an exceptionally careful and sympathetic start. I have deliberately chosen not to rush him, investing around £3,500 in his professional breaking and early education because I wanted him produced correctly rather than simply getting him ridden as quickly as possible. He has been professionally broken in slowly and carefully, and has shown himself to be an extremely willing, intelligent and genuine young horse. He has a lovely attitude to his work and is naturally athletic, with a particularly exciting jump.
