BRIAN — Genuine, uncomplicated 4yo with a lovely attitude Traditionally bred Irish Sports Horse | Bay | 4 years old | Lowest fives Brian is the sort of young horse that is very hard not to like. Sympathetically and carefully backed and produced, he has a fantastic attitude to his work and is proving to be a very genuine, uncomplicated youngster. He has already experienced a really varied education and is now ready for someone to continue producing him and have lots of fun along the way. XC: Schooled over ditches, steps, water and Trakehners. He is very genuine, never says no and doesn’t need much hand-holding. SJ: Jumping courses including fillers, both at home and away. Hound exercised: Very polite standing around, never strong in the canters and incredibly honest over a few fences. Fun rides: Has been on fun rides, including being ridden by someone who had never sat on him before, and provided a lovely day out. Flatwork: Balanced and easy in all three paces. Hacking: Hacks alone and in company, doesn’t hot up in open spaces, will stand while others leave and doesn’t get upset, isn’t phased by traffic and genuinely enjoys getting out and about. Brian is also good with the farrier, vet, catching, clipping, worming, loading etc. I can really see him making a super Riding Club horse, but he has enough jump and ability to also make a lovely Grassroots eventer or mannerly hunter. He has been given a lovely, varied start to life and is now looking for someone to continue his education and enjoy him.
