Part loan opportunity Sadly his current loaner can no longer have him so he’s back available for part loan to STAY on current yard Crosbie is a 16.2hh 16 year old thoroughbred who has a heart of gold (he’s my pride and joy so will not be going to just anyone) Ideally I’m looking for someone who doesn’t want to jump every-time they go in the school or canter or gallop on every hack as I don’t want his legs ruined (he’s semi-retired from jumping now) Crosbie is an absolute joy to be around he is the most sweetest and most loving horse I have ever met, he has a temperament to die for and is a true gentleman on the ground, ridden side he does have a few quirks but these are mainly out hacking, he will spook at the most stupid things like a tiny rock on the floor, he’s never nasty with his spooks he just stamps his feet then will carry on with his ride. Due to him being an ex racer he can and sometimes will get silly going out for other horses and therefore doesn’t enjoy going out in groups as it upsets him. 1/2 other horses are fine as long as he’s near the front, I’m looking for a kind light weight and experience rider. Crosbie had been there and done it all, raced for majority of his life ( with how calm he is you wouldn’t think he raced at all) he’s done. -jumping clinics -dressage show -jumping competitions and done the speed round and jump off -fun rides he’s also done a lot of showing as that was my preferred show and he has always placed well and in the championship. He’s based on a yard just in-between cornwood and lee Moor with fantastic hacking right on our door step, 2 arenas 1 with flood lights and the other with a course of jumps (jumps are not left out) Financial contribution is required and stable duties on your days, pm me if interested
