Tiago This beautiful bay 15Hh registered Welsh sec D gelding is 4 years old. He has been with us since he was 6 months old so his full history is known. He is easy to handle in all ways. Up to date with the farrier ( barefoot) vaccinations, worming and dentist ( wolf teeth removed ) Tiago has been slowly and lovingly produced as he was supposed to be my daughter's forever horse but work and motherhood have other ideas. Having no time to continue his education is the only reason he is looking for a new home. He lunges, long reins and has been sat on and walked around the yard but not ridden away, giving his new owner the opportunity to continue his education. I'm sure he's going to be a very versatile little horse in the near future as he has a clever mind and a careful athletic jump. He is used to farm machinery and almost loads himself onto a trailer. He travels well. Tiago is a good doer, lives out all summer on grass and ad lib haylage. Stabled at night in the winter. He has no lumps, bumps or vices and personality in bucket loads. Full disclosure As we want the perfect home for him, he does get vocal when he gets separated from his companion mare but settles quickly when out of ear shot. He also had colic surgery at 7 months old shortly after weaning but hasn't had a single issue since.
