A genuinely quiet, easy horse suitable for novice riders, a mother–daughter share, riding school, or trekking home.
Well schooled on the flat, with a soft snaffle mouth, carries himself nicely in an outline, and has three good, straight paces.
Straightforward and comfortable to ride, easy on the aids, not sharp yet not a kick along, making him a very enjoyable ride.
Extremely mannerly to handle – easy to shoe, box, catch, clip, and completely relaxed in traffic.
Ridden here by a small girl, Prince always tries his best to please and genuinely doesn’t want to put a foot wrong. A true gentleman.
Hunted a few times with the South Westmeaths, where he behaved impeccably and took everything in his stride.
Hacks out alone or in company and is unfazed by traffic or busy surroundings.
Jumps a course of showjumps and cross-country fences, proving honest, brave, and willing. He tries everything asked of him without hesitation.
