This policy explains how Stashly uses cookies and similar technologies on https://stashly.market (including https://stashly.market/equestrian and https://stashly.market/equestrian/listings). It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal data more generally.

Key points
- **We only set analytics and advertising cookies if you agree.** Until you choose, only the cookies needed to run the site are set.
- You can accept all or reject all. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API load only after you accept advertising cookies. We ask for your consent before they are set.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember you, keep you signed in, measure how it is used and show adverts. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, which work in much the same way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
2. The types we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
These make Stashly work, for example keeping you signed in, protecting forms against misuse and remembering your cookie choices. UK law lets us set these without consent. You can block them in your browser, but parts of Stashly may then stop working.
2.2 Analytics (consent required)
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Stashly, such as which pages are visited and how visitors find us (including campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content). This helps us fix problems and improve the site. These cookies are only set if you accept analytics.
2.3 Advertising (consent required)
We use Google AdSense to show and measure adverts on Stashly. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising effectiveness (for example page views, sign-ups, scout alerts, and Buyer Pro starts). These cookies and scripts are only set or sent if you accept advertising cookies.

4. Third parties
Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited provide Analytics and AdSense. Meta Platforms, Inc. / Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provide the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. They may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you consent to personalised advertising, Google or Meta may use cookies to show you adverts based on your visits to Stashly and other websites. If you do not, Google may show non-personalised adverts using limited data. You can learn more and manage settings at:
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services

5. Your choices
- On Stashly: when you first visit you will see a cookie banner with equal options to accept all or reject all. You can change your choices at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See your browser's help pages. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of Stashly working.
- Withdrawing consent: this is as easy as giving it. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
- Global Privacy signals: we do not currently act on browser-wide "do not track" signals, but your banner choices always apply.
If you reject non-essential cookies, you can still use all of Stashly.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use, for example by adding a new analytics or advertising tool. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we add a cookie that needs consent, we will ask for it before it is set.
7. Contact and complaints
Questions about cookies: hello@stashly.market.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk, which regulates cookies in the UK. ICO registration number: —.
