Got this custom made, moving house and no longer needed. As you can see in the photo, a plumber has cut a small hole in one of the mesh panels, this will need filling up unless putting a pipe through yourself. Other than that it’s a sturdy catio in good condition. Buyer to dismantle, I don’t mind helping too, you will need tool to remove rounded screws as some of the screws in the wall have rounded. I am happy for you to use my electric if needed and I have a long extension lead. Measurements on the second picture for the panels and price I paid £275 Sorry, I can’t deliver.
