Flooret Signature Enhanced “Sutton” LVP

This was 165 sq ft of LVP left over after install. It is 40mil Flooret Signature Enhanced “Sutton” LVP for small job. I am including the underlayment which the flooring already has but this is if you want enhanced moisture protection. This has not been taken out of the box, and was purchased two weeks ago, so used in the since I bought it but new as it has not been used. Retails for 112.08 per box which contains 23.48 sq ft per box, or $4.99 per sq ft. This is a 9 inch wide plank signature enhanced bevel which means it is beveled like real wood plank and has an enhanced wood pattern and groove. Stone filled flooring with the industry thickness of 40mil which is also industry top thickness.
