Floating plant (water lettuce) free

Cant stop my small pond going green in a few days tried many things got plants a box filter plus a small filler any help plz will a uv light do it

Anyone any water lettuce?

Has anyone got any: Small Angel fish - ideally a breeding pair 1 or 2 Clown loach Caves for breeding Plants (don’t mind what type) Drift wood - small to medium in size That’s they would be happy & kind enough to deliver.
