White gourami, which i believe is a kissing gourami

Ive just been gifted a 190L tank from an elderly gentleman who can no longer care for it. The only fish in there are a white gourami, which i believe is a kissing gourami, and either a common or a sailfin pleco, i'm not sure which, Google lens says its one of those. Its absolutely massive, and is apparently too large even for this huge tank. My experience of fishkeeping before this, is a small 54L community tank of mainly guppies, and a 30L betta tank. I have no idea what I am doing with these massive fish, and they just seem a bit sad to be honest. I am looking to rehome both the gourami and the massive pleco, if anybody is interested.
