Polypterus, Big Knifefish, Royal Panaque Plec for sale All fish nearly 2 years old and in good health. Looking for good caring home. Pair of Polypterus Senegalus named Francesca and Bob (Frankenbob). Biggest is a good 10-12inches the other is maybe a little smaller. Wonderful good natured fish and lots of fun at feeding time. £40 Pair of Clown Knife fish (Bonnie and Clyde). One is MASSIVE a good 12 incher and very 'tall'. He is too big for my 4 foot tank really so will need sizable home. A real beauty. The other is smaller as I believe he lost an eye fighting with the other when they were younger so is not so good at getting the food - 9 inches perhaps?. Nonetheless they are non aggressive now and have been together since birth. £40 the pair. A Royal Panaque Plec. Philbert. Just a real character - he will protect his territory in a most amusing way and spends his time doing the rounds of the tank cleaning up the place. £25 A 4 foot by 1 foot tank with Big and small filters, Heater, carbon filter and pump, temperature guage. Lots of sand or grit if preferred. Some fake plants, food, medicines, treatments and nets: £50 a bargain. Only issue is if you just want the tank then you need to wait for me to sell the fish! All prices have been pitched low already so no offers thanks. The tank and all peripherals especially is a bargain. Based near southampton and happy for you to come view them if you want to. Northampton – does anyone have an old/unwanted aquarium bits? Most importantly, a filter, or air pump/stone. Open to anything I'm preparing to rehome some rescued fish in a large tank, which wasn't planned (at all). I have very few plants, some stones, fish food but I most importantly need a filter, more plants or floaters, and an air pump/stone as a priority. I'd be very grateful for anything you could spare and able to pick up on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning Thank you. See less
Morning everyone Has anyone added anything along side an Easypod to help with biological filtration? My pond is lovely and clear with 9 smaller koi but I am having problems with nitrate & nitrite. Thank you
