WANTED: Neocaridina shrimp

hello! I’m cycling a 10g (& 4g but I didn’t take a photo of the tubes tonight) and I think it’s very close to the finish line! Is there any way I can test the nitrogen cycle (making sure the nitrifying bacteria is present and strong enough to handle being stocked) before adding any livestock? I do want to add neocaridina shrimp once I’m sure everything is safe so if anyone has advice about that please feel free to leave a comment
