Terms and conditions In the unlikely event you receive any dead on arrival on the first delivery attempt you will need to inform me within 2 hours of receipt by phone, text or e-mail. Then you will need to place the deceased back into the bags they were shipped in and then sent back to us, we would always recommend proof of postage.
