Fantastic opportunity for someone **Working Pupil Position Available** Late November/December start date As Michelle goes on in search of her next adventure I am looking to take on a new team member to join my exciting up and coming event yard ahead of 2027. I currently have in a lovely, small string of eventers ranging from 3yo-5*. Occasional sole charge would be needed, but the role would mostly involve working alongside myself and my head groom. This role would suit someone with one horse that would like coaching and support in furthering their career in horses and to learn about producing and managing elite sport horses. There is a possibility for the right person to develop into a ‘home rider’ position involving schooling the horses at home. The ideal candidate would also have an interest in backing young stock. 4.5/5 days a week Minimum wage by the hour Contract on offer (including holiday and sick pay) Opportunity to bring a horse Use of 3.5t box and 1 x weekly lessons included as well as mentoring at events & shows and more Use of a fantastic yard with great facilities Opportunity to travel to shows/events/away training days All general yard duties & hacking required Ideally able to produce high levels of turnout, but this is not essential and happy to train if desired Based in Radway, South Warwickshire.
