Stable with automatic drinker and electric lighting. Sole use tack room, use of large 60x40 arena with floodlights, and set of show jumps. Dressage arena, loose jump /free school arena , lunge pen . tea and coffee areas . Toilet. Ad lib hay in stable and in field when needed. straw provided. Rubber matted stable. Turn in and out , weather permitting or turn out pen for play if too wet , rug change, feed muck out etc , twice daily. Quiet country hacking. Regular clinics and visiting instructors. Owners live on site, Nice friendly people only please as we have a lovely group here already. please drop a message if interested. 2 stables available ,tack room , turnout paddock.
