"Foldsfarm Dennis " Bay Gelding Project Horse

Registered New Forest Bay gelding. Just turned 4 last month. Currently standing at approx 13.3.
Up to date with vaccinations,feet,worming and teeth. Has had his wolf teeth removed.
We purchased Rodney as a project to bring on and back, but have a small child and as Rodney is young and still learning the world he would be more suited in a home where he has his person on a one to one basis.
Rodney is currently living outside with our two Welshies, but will also be stabled.
Loads and travels nicely, can be slightly reluctant to load into a new box/lorry but with persuasion will load on fine onto either.
Rodney has worn tack and lunged, long reining he is still learning and can be reactive.
Fine to catch and rug, dips his bum sometimes as the rug is put on but has improved a lot and now stands tied up nicely to have the rug on.
Stands to be groomed and washed down , will lift feet more wary with backs but once he gets to know you lifts and stands fine to have them picked out.
As Rodney is young and still has a lot to learn he can be excitable when schooled , so as previously explained we feel he would be best in a home where he has his person he gets to know and work with consistently.
Rodney has been out and about with his previous owner, in hand showing , to the beach and out on a cross country course in hand where he showed a lot of scope and potential.
We would like a 5 star home for Rodney where he will be loved and brought on nicely to be happy reaching his adult life.
Sold as seen from his field, will come with fly rug and turnout rugs.
