WANTED: Sole use yard or field

Sole use yard or field. Yard or field required for long term rent in East Sussex. As close to Patcham/Saltdean/Brighton/Lewes as possible. SOLE USE ONLY. This would be for 5 small ponies. 3-5 stables / large shelter OR Open Barn. Area which I could create a track or grass free area using matting as a few of the ponies are lami prone. Approximately 3-4 acres. Water. Small school would be a bonus but not essential. If just a field I’d need to be able to put field shelters on and a small barn for hay storage. DOESN’T need to have the most fantastic grazing as Im happy to continue to hay all year round Professional, quiet, tidy tenant looking for long term rent. I am happy to put work into the yard / field however would like boundary fencing to be up to scratch before I move on, I’d happily maintain it. My horses are well behaved and respectful of fencing, we manage land well and will maintain to high standards. References available upon request.
