AVAILABLE Retirement Livery OR DIY livery on small private yard near Chester I have space for one, possibly two retirement liveries OR DIY (with services) liveries ( this would suit hacking or non ridden horse as no arena for ridden work but small groundwork arena) DIY – services can be available upon discussion Retirement livery: If you are looking for retirement livery this will suit you if you do not feel that full time grass retirement livery will suit your horse. The perfect option for you if - Your horse is a veteran and needs a quieter pace of life - Your horse has to be retired through injury etc… - You have less time than you would like for your retired horse due to having another horse or family commitments but you still want them to have the best care - You feel that full time grass retirement livery may not be the best option for your horse - You want the best care for your retired horse I offer: - 7 day/week turnout all year round - Summer 24/7 turnout - Winter daytime turnout, stabled at night - Cameras in each stable and external camera covering all paddocks - Adlib superior quality hay - Diet to suit (your horse’s existing diet or alternative option if improvements needed) - 5-6 week feet trim - Worm count (wormer as needed at additional cost) - 2 bales of superior bedding per week (excepting summer full time turnout) - Daily groom (pampering!) - Rugged appropriate to the weather and horse - Several times per week equilibrium massage pad and/or epiony heat pad - Thoroughly individual care - Addition of any supplements required (need to be supplied by owner) - Regular updates by whatsapp/text - Owner visits welcomed I am offering a care package in which your horse will be treated as my own – giving you the peace of mind to know that your cherished horse wants for nothing.
