LIVERY VACANCY We are a friendly, supportive yard offering assisted DIY, part and ridden livery, with fabulous facilities, plenty of grazing and private off-road hacking. The horses genuinely want for nothing, and their happiness, wellbeing and individual needs are at the forefront of everything we do — from the care they receive to the routine we follow. We are very lucky to have the following facilities: • Private hacking over 250 acres — with no roadwork! • Newly installed floodlit school, with show jumps and fillers • Genuine all-year-round turnout, with overnight turnout during the summer months • Smart, well-maintained stables with electricity • Tea room and toilet — perfect for enjoying a cuppa and avoiding the housework for a little longer! • Dog and child friendly, with kennels available for both if required • Very high levels of care and attention to detail, with every horse and owner treated as an individual • Access to a fantastic bridleway network, as well as local competition and schooling venues • Additional services and support available 365 days a year, including riding and breaking • A friendly and supportive yard with a lovely mix of horses, from happy hackers to competitive riders and everything in between • Conveniently located for mainline London public transport and the M25 • Horsebox hire available on site, with parking also available for your own horsebox or trailer • Relaxed, friendly atmosphere • Regular vet and dental clinics held on site We pride ourselves on providing a supportive, welcoming environment where both horses and owners are happy, with a high standard of care and plenty of support whenever it’s needed.
