WANTED: Very small shared yard for 3 horses & 1 small pony

STILL LOOKING: Due to lack of running water and unsafe fencing at current place, I'm desperately looking for somewhere SOLE USE or would consider VERY SMALL shared yard for 3 horses & 1 small pony. 15-20 mins drive from Folkestone in any direction, e.g. Hawkinge, Densole, Capel, Dover, Alkham Valley, Hythe etc. (Picture to show search radius - this part is important as I do horses between work commitments and can't be driving more than 20 mins max.) ESSENTIAL: *Secure external fencing *Running Water *Storage for feed/tack etc already in place. (Could use a stable for this purpose). *Some kind of small hard-standing/tie up area. *Allowed to have my well-behaved dogs on site when I am there. (Happy to secure them within a stable or similar & keep on leads going to and from the car - they do not need to be running around your property) DESIREABLE: *Some stables (if not, decent man-made shelter already in field) *Off-road hacking easily accessed PLEASE pop a comment below if you have or know of anything which is available or coming available soon.
