WANTED: Sole use yard or fields for ponies

Hey all Due to being massively let down. We are back to the drawing board Im URGENTLY looking for a sole use yard or just some basic fields for my ponies They are all rescues and therapy ponies and well behaved They are barefoot vaccinated wormed and all passported chipped etc Looking for around 2 to 10 acres will consider more. No facilities needed just the basics (running water) Don’t mind cleaning fencing maintenance etc Stables would be a bonus but not essential but must be able to put our own temp ones up on skids We are a clean (OCD) and respectful family who just want to enjoy our animals References can be provided My daughter has autism so a livery yard isn’t an option for us unless it has a sole use part and is DIY This is for a sole use no businesses etc these are our own ponies and are like family to us Please if you have anything I’ll take even just a paddock at this point please let me know Budget of upto around 500-650 max pcm Oxford Wantage Wallingford Benson Reading Newbury and surrounding villages Many thanks
