WANTED: Horse

I’m looking for a special horse to join me and become part of the family. - full loan or LWVTB I’m 30 years old and have been riding on and off since I was around 8. After some time away from regular riding, I’m looking for the right horse to help me rebuild my confidence and enjoy being in the saddle again. I’m not looking for a competition horse or anything flashy — I’m simply looking for a kind, genuine and sensible horse who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle and will help me fall back in love with riding. Ideally I’m looking for: • A gelding or mare with a kind, honest temperament. • Around 15hh–16.2hh (open to the right horse outside of this). • A safe, sensible happy hacker. • Enjoys hacking alone and in company. • Good in open spaces, traffic and new environments. • Easy to handle and a pleasure to have around. • Happy with a quieter lifestyle, with schooling, fun rides and adventures when we’re ready. • No preference on breed or colour — the personality and partnership matter most. I’d love a horse I can enjoy leisurely hacks with, build my confidence alongside, and create a genuine partnership with. I’m looking for a horse that is forgiving, trustworthy and will help me regain my confidence rather than test me. In return, I can offer: A loving, knowledgeable and committed home. I completely understand that every horse has their own personality and quirks — I’m not searching for perfection, just the right partnership.
