"Pippin" Black Mare Family Horse

Proven SchoolMistress, currently on working livery at college. Currently ridden 3/4 per week-including some light jumping, schooling, lunging and hacking. Will still ride happily in a nice outline when rider is capable etc.

Can be ridden/cared for, by all the family (including non riders) she is intelligent and knows her job & easily adapts to her rider.

Easy to do in all ways-always the yard favourite. Looked after by children-including clipping! No vices. Loads trailer or lorry.

Hacks alone anywhere, bombproof.

No major health concerns, other than some stiffness occasionally from mild arthritis in her hind hocks; Managed with devilsclaw & hyperkeratosis which is managed with regular clipping and ointment.

Up-to-date with everything. Barefoot.

Ideally looking for a light hacking family who will love her endlessly, like we do. Would nanny other horses happily. Ideal ride for mum, while leading children etc as she is dependable and unfazed.

A true asset, despite her older years, only change in circumstances forces heartbreaking sale.

Only the best home needs apply as the mare is absolutely, worth her weight in gold. Will come with her wardrobe & we would like to stay in touch and visit occasionally if possible.
