Delete your data

Stashly lets you sign in with Facebook, Google, email, or phone. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold about you.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we:

  • Sign you out and remove active login sessions and sign-in credentials.
  • Archive your marketplace listings so they are no longer visible on Stashly.
  • Remove your member profile from browse and member search.
  • Remove social login connection data (OAuth tokens) stored for your account.
  • Scrub account contact details (email, phone, profile image) so the account cannot sign in again.

If you signed in with Facebook, we may have stored your display name, email (if you granted it), profile image, and any listings or profile details you added after sign-in.

Delete in the app or website

While signed in, open Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm the prompt to delete immediately. This works on stashly.market and in the Stashly iOS and Android apps.

Delete via Facebook

If you used Facebook Login, you can remove Stashly from your Facebook account and request deletion of data we received from Facebook:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Choose Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations, depending on your Facebook version).
  3. Select Stashly and remove the app.
  4. When prompted, confirm that you want your data deleted.

Facebook sends us a secure deletion request automatically. We process it and provide a confirmation code and status link. You can open the status page from Facebook or visit Check deletion status with your confirmation code.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use Settings, email us at hello@stashly.market (or use our Contact page) from the address linked to your Stashly account. Include enough detail for us to verify your identity (for example, your account email or phone number). We aim to process legitimate deletion requests as soon as we can.

Check deletion status

After a Facebook-initiated deletion request, use your confirmation code on the deletion status page.
